Dr. Ninta Southichack

Hello! I’m Dr. Ninta, born and raised Texan. My parents are from Laos and raised me and my sisters in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I’m the oldest of four girls. I graduated with my DDS from UT Health in San Antonio and recently moved to Shreveport with my fiancé and two fur babies. I love collecting new hobbies but never finishing them. I’m a foodie always looking for new places to try. Blessed to be here and be able to provide dental care for this community.

Hi! My name is McKenzie! I am from Marthaville, LA. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends! I love working at Gleam and greeting our patients and helping them feel at ease from the moment they walk in. Getting to see and connect with people every day is one of the best parts of my job!

Hi, I’m Sarah! When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me spending time with my family and friends, spoiling my dog Bear, traveling, or shopping! A fun fact about me is I am also a full time college student! What I enjoy most about my job is being able to help patients feel welcome and comfortable. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that truly cares about our patients, and I enjoy getting to know them and seeing their smiles!

Hi, I am Steffani! I am a Dental Assistant with strong focus on chair side support. Outside of work, I’m a home-loving person who enjoys winding down with a good movie or spending time swimming. Whether it’s collaborating with a team or handling tasks independently, I value creating a positive and balanced environment around me.

Hi my name is Kayla, and I’m a dental hygienist who loves getting to know people and providing quality care that helps patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. I’m a proud boy mom of one and dog mom of three, and I bring that same compassion and energy into my work each day. Outside of the office, I enjoy fishing, painting, spending time by the ocean, celebrating spooky season, and relaxing around campfires with friends and family. Being part of GLEAM truly feels like being part of a family, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a positive difference in our patients’ lives.

Dental Hygienist

Hi I’m Amanda! I am a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist with five years of professional experience helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. I earned my degree in Dental Hygiene from Iowa Western Community College and I am passionate about patient education, preventive care, and creating a comfortable experience for every individual in my chair.

Outside of my career, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our four children. I value family, community, and the opportunity to make a positive impact both inside and outside the dental office.

Expanded Duty Dental Assistant

Hi I’m Lizeth!! I am passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care. In my role, I take pride in helping our patients feel comfortable, supported, and well-cared for throughout their experience. Creating a warm and welcoming environment is at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and family. They are my greatest source of joy and inspiration. I also enjoy traveling and discovering new places—it’s a wonderful way to unwind and learn about the world around me.

Hey, my name is Bri! I was born and raised in Natchitoches, Louisiana. I enjoy traveling, riding motorcycles, spending time with family & friends, and hanging out at home with my fur babies. My favorite part about working at Gleam is seeing people get their smile back!
